Hello,

For over 2 years I’ve been “ranting” about bad spending by NISSAN given to them by the DOE & I told the Gannett owned Tennessean the problems, even after they knew NISSAN did not have the technology to build the EV that was promised (NISSAN was using the same battery from the failed NISSAN Altra in the 90’s) and still over 1 billion tax payer dollars was given to a foreign company that deceived the DOE when they obtained the DOE loan. NISSAN was issued 3,950,000,000 in IDB bonds and they figured out "how" to use a taxpayer bond as collateral for the DOE loan. Doing some type of “lease” transaction It kept the debt of the books.

NISSAN recently announced Infiniti to be based & built in China & now will operate under a different name. Most of the business was part of NNA/ Also Reuters says the company is considering spending 2 Billion on a new plant in Mexico that will employ 10,000 people. The NISSAN Whistleblower got a call saying "the DOE loan was taken out by NISSAN North America and it looks as if the global company is preparing for its subsidiary to go bankrupt".... Can someone investigate?

In June 2009 I started a blog www.girlintheblackhonda.com and I was “ranting” about NISSAN’s wasteful spending of taxpayer money. I also blogged that NISSAN executives knew their EV the Leaf was to be a failure. I believe my viral protest is and NISSAN wanting me discredited is WHY with no court order executives had 6 police cars come to NISSAN North America to arrest me on July 7^th 2010.

I’ve been jailed 3 times, endured 16 months of court appearances all for a 1^st time misdemeanor, one that was sworn out by a NISSAN executive.

In January 2011 I met w/Mark Silverman the National Press Associations Ben Bradllee winner & Pulitzer Prize nominee in Nashville hoping he would do a story about problems at NISSAN.

I wanted the Gannett owned Tennessean to have reporters ask the DA WHY a special prosecutor, 2 assistant DA’s and an Independent prosecutor have all been assigned to a “trumped” up 1^st time misdemeanor that was charged to a woman with no criminal record.

Back to the DOE spending:

I’ve got LOTS of emails proving that Mark knew about problems/fraud with the Leaf before 2 federal budgets were passed. I have voicemails from him saying they were working on stories. The paper stayed silent and taxpayer money wasted.

Mark Silverman of Gannett told me in June 2011 it was for “political reasons” why Gannett was not reporting NISSAN’s bad spending in reference to “green” programs of President Obama’s. At Fido’s coffee in downtown Nashville on Sunday June 12^th he told me that the story of my whistle blowing was squashed by Rahm Emanuel back when he worked in the White House.

Silverman told me this because we were sleeping together.

Mark believes that my blog is mentioned on emails requested of the White House by congress in reference to Solyndra & I still have an active court case & I believe it’s my American right to have this information.

For over 2 years I’ve been bullied and harassed by people in the State of Tennessee for speaking out against NISSAN’s use of DOE money.

Gannett ALSO did not cover the discrimination at NISSAN. Women in management at NISSAN went from 20.9% in 2006 to 10% in 2009 (NISSAN’s own statistics proved it true)

Why is America "subsidizing” a French company when it is directly doing business with IRAN (Renault is the parent to NISSAN) Renault sales in Iran are up 70% this year.

Our taxpayer money given to NISSAN is supporting the terrorist trying to KILL us.

Why did America give NISSAN Foreign Company OVER a Billion Taxpayer dollars to build a car using technology from the 90’s technology that proved to be NOT profitable in the past?

For over 2 years I’ve been “ranting” about this problem & NISSAN continues to bully me and I need help in getting executives to act respectfully to me (the whistleblower & to the American taxpayer)

NISSAN & Renault took over a billion dollars of US DOE/Stimulus funds and money from 5 other countries: Japan, France, USA, Portugal & England to build capacity for 500.000 Leafs per year.

NISSAN told the Shareholders the goal was to sell 250,000 a year. That means 1/2 the jobs promised will NOT happen,

NISSAN moved to Tennessee in 2006 promised 1300 HQ jobs, only 831 are in existence

NISSAN then took more government money for 1300 “factory” jobs. I was told the #’s are the same to “confuse” the masses

NISSAN has to sell 500,000 Leafs to "break even" & as of September they've sold a little over 6000

(Ghosn said 100,000 would be sold by 2012 that's obviously NOT happening)

NISSAN took a DOE loan of 1.4 Billion. It was relayed to me that NISSAN’s operating margins don’t allow for DOE debt repayment if the Leaf is a flop.

NISSAN CEO Carlos Ghosn took the money expecting the Leaf to be a flop that is why the design was a bit "off" the range is 30% less than expected if the AC is on it is 60% below what was promised to the government. Tesla CEO from the start said NISSAN was using "dinosaur" technology.

NISSAN used the battery created in the C.A.R.B. days (in the late 90's California required automakers to make a % of EV's in every fleet and "that's the technology that Ghosn and his executives used after taking DOE money. Some NISSAN employee’s suspect LOTS of the 1.4 billion was pocketed by "friends of Obama/Ghosn" who became "consultants"...??? How about an audit :):)

NISSAN customers will suffer for the battery will degregate more and more each year, the range will consistently become LOWER. They got a lemon.

NISSAN has committed FRAUD!!!

Mr. Silverman,

When reviewing your messages to me YOU were blowing me off. That scared me 

because you're the editor of the largest paper in Tennessee.

The Renault Three have been deemed innocent and have been vindicated in large 

part due to the actions of the French media, this week It became  obvious the 

Tennessean was not going to write about my whistle blowing and harassment i've 

received due in large part of my vocal concerns about the EV. The accused 

Renault executives had some of the same concerns about the electric cars 

unknowns.  The falsley accuaed spies were lucky for in Paris the press asked 

Renault questions, this forcing transparency.

America has funded Carlos Ghosn's  EV dream  with over a billion dollars of DOE 

loans-stimulas  money and other taxpayer funded sources.

Soon Congress will try to pass a budget that "ups the ante" and in my  

mind that puts too much American taxpayer money on the table.  The   

funds for subsidies need to go to "cars that people will want to buy"  

The Leaf battery was created in the 90's.  It's already proven in "real world" 

driving that it did not meet the 100 miles per charge expectations.  Also ghosn 

says he'd have to sell a million of them before the Leaf will become 

"profitable".  That's not going to happen with that design and the inconsistent 

range.

Current Concern:

Quick chargers should not be built until America has one plug in standard for 

fast chargers.  Too much money is being wasted and YOUR paper remains silent. 

??? WHY

Americans are suffering in this bad economy.   The people need the  

press to ask the tough questions and to report the news that will promote better 

use of taxpayer spending

NISSAN Whistleblower's IP addresses shows that FISKER Automotive another 1/2 Billion dollar DOE recipient that 98% WILL go bankrupt according to auto analyst from 3 continents please read quote below from a "very" credible source.

Fisker like Solyndra read Bovat's blog....along with people at the White House. Fisker suppliers in Irvine, Watertown, Oslo & Anaheim read the blog. Along with people that profit from the accustion soliciting DOE funds.

NOW Bovat's been told there's "probable cause" that Bovat was "railroaded" in Tennessee by NISSAN executives connected to Carlos Ghosn and the White House could have "encouraged it" therefore Bovat can subpoena the Solyndra/White House/Fisker/NISSAN emails for her "trumped up" trial.... wow!!!

A woman who worked for Al Gore told Sharyn in June 2010 that "they" appreciated her efforts to show the need for energy independence. Shortly AFTER that meeting Sharyn verified NISSAN was using "outdated" technology and started blogging AGAINST the DOE funded EV. She had already blogged since June 2009 that the Leaf was destined to fail.

Now it's clear Al Gore was "assisting" profiteers in the Middle East. Today a viewer in "another land" sent Sharyn and email on WHY Qatar was ALSO an investor in Fisker.....wow!!!

Increasing capacity ALL over the world in emerging markets Russia~India~China~Brazil and some in management think the strategy is FLAWED they should focus on making a quality "product first" Too many loans!!! Ghosn is "over reaching" because he knows the EV will fail.
